The cuisine offers good simple Itakian cooking. The cuisine, taken care of hands on by the director of the hotel (Mrs. Pasini) offers a variety of fish and meat dishes and a menu which changes daily: and of course on Sunday we serve Lasagne al forno accompanied by different genuine meats to be tasted with a home-made wine from our region called "Sangiovese di Romagna". The Piadina romagnola will be served as well, along with the delicious Modena ham after a plate of Tortellini in broth or Noodles alla bolognese. Not to mention fish from the Adriatic Sea, rich in phosphorus and vitamins. Our cuisine will satisfy you with all its traditional flavors, but it’s also light and delicate. The completely air-conditionned restaurant offers local delicacies in buffet-style at breakfast and at the meals. And for all our friends who prefer a typical Italian breakfast we offer a classic cappuccino all'italiana with warm brioches in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere accompanied by background music.
